Our SAMmies (age 50 and better) work hard each month to unravel the clues to discover where we're headed for our next Mystery Meal.
On Thursday, January 8, Sammies will be treated to a private tour at the Voice of America Museum in Mason, Ohio. This is the former Bethany Station, a historic WWII - and Cold War - era short wave radio facility. We will see some Crosley Brothers' innovations, vintage radios and an operating ham radio shack. To participate in the tour, the cost is $10/person. We will also have lunch before the tour at Quatman's Cafe in downtown Mason. Each person is responsible for the cost of lunch. The bus leaves church at 10:20.
