On Thursday, January 8, Sammies will be treated to a private tour at the Voice of America Museum in Mason, Ohio. This is the former Bethany Station, a historic WWII - and Cold War - era short wave radio facility. We will see some Crosley Brothers' innovations, vintage radios and an operating ham radio shack. To participate in the tour, the cost is $10/person. We will also have lunch before the tour at Quatman's Cafe in downtown Mason. Each person is responsible for the cost of lunch. The bus leaves church at 10:20.

On April 22nd, SAMmies departs from the Church on the bus at 10:45 for a mystery lunch. Each person buys their own lunch. The only clue: We should be able to follow the scent of fresh baked goods.
